This congress aims to be an international scientific forum to analyze and discuss the importance of preserving and enhancing traditional techniques alongside the application of new technologies in creative processes and textile heritage conservation.
It aims to bring together a group of professionals specializing in the sector who maintain traditional production techniques, as well as those who use new technologies (digitization, 3D designs, 3D recreation) in the study and production of fashion.
Additionally, it seeks the participation of historians and researchers who can provide a theoretical framework for this new reality along with the dissemination of museum projects that share these objectives.
